Planning permission from Liverpool City Council for the Cavendish Waters development, Commercial Road has been secured by Integritas Property Group resulting in Abrey Construction, the chosen contractor, being given a June start date for the construction of a £13m block of flats.
The development will consist of 70 apartments of up to three bedrooms over two blocks situated alongside the canal at Tobacco Wharf.
Cavendish Waters is designed by Snow Architects and the exterior of the property is to be built of brickwork with grey aluminium windows with flush casement, grey spandrel panels, mild steel balustrade to balcony’s and powder coated aluminium window surround.
