Copper Box Construction Update - July 2023

We are pleased to announce works are continuing to progress well on our prestigious development in Crosby, Liverpool – Copper Box.The first fix of partitioning is now complete, and our mechanical and electrical sub-contractors are steadily forming the first fix of the building’s new systems and infrastructure under the watchful eye of building control officers.

Thorough inspections on both the existing lift and windows have been carried out and plans have been devised to ensure all current legislation is met.We are pleased to report following minor modification recommendations, that the building’s original lift will soon return to its fully functional state.

Inspections of the existing lightning conductor system have also been carried out by our team of specialists and we are in the process of upgrading the current system to comply with electrical regulations.

The onsite team are due to commence fitting the kitchens on the fifth floor by the end of this month, maintaining momentum with the scheme due to complete in November 23.

Off-site the commercial team have been busy finalising all the subcontractor orders from our trusted local supply chain, with only the final decorations and floor coverings left to obtain.

The Integritas Team are fully focused on delivering this prestigious project, and we’re well on track to complete towards the end of 2023.
