Deakin’s Yard opens doors to students

A North West property developer is celebrating the completion of a student housing scheme in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Integritas Property Group has delivered Deakin’s Yard, a 273-unit student development previously known as the Sky Building.

Now fully let for the 2025/2026 academic year, the site offers studios, apartments and accessible rooms, along with a resident gym, cinema, garden and study spaces.

Partnering with student lettings specialists Curlett Jones, IPG says the scheme marks its largest project to date.
