The managing director of a Liverpool-headquartered property developer has unveiled plans to complete more than 1,000 homes in the North West across the next few years, and outlined its aim of becoming a "beacon in the development community".

Integritas Property Group (IPG) is behind a number of prominent developments in the region, including Cavendish Waters in Liverpool, which comprises 70 luxury apartments, and The Lyceum in Eccles, which will offer 84 residential properties in a grade II-listed building.

The company recently commenced work on Copper Box in Crosby, which includes 27 apartments across six floors.

Mitchell Walsh told Insider that each of its developments is "progressing well", and added that it is in the process of negotiating an additional 1,000 apartments in and around the Liverpool area "creating some really exciting future projects".

Ethics is at the heart of what the company does, explained Walsh, who said: "We only build on brownfields or derelict sites, focusing on regenerating areas with growing potential and building budding communities for working professionals and students, with the hopes of positive retention.

"We always put the investor ahead of ourselves, with our ethics remaining critical for the longevity of the group. IPG has a long-standing aim to become a beacon in the development community, with a solid track record of completed projects."

Currently, the business specialises in new builds and refurbishments in the residential sector, although there is potential to expand into new industries, said Walsh.

He added, however, that for the foreseeable future it will "master the space we're in before we think of expanding".

Geographical growth is on the cards though, with the business hoping to widen its footprint and break into international markets "opening investment windows to our loyal clients".
