Insider Liverpool City Region Property Awards 2025

Everton's new Hill Dickinson Stadium has been named as the Outstanding Development of the Year at Insider's Liverpool City Region Property Awards 2025. Last night's event, held at the Titanic Hotel and compered by Stephen Bailey, brought together placemakers, investors and property professionals from across the city region to celebrate the landmark deals and developments from the past year, as well as the individuals and companies that made them happen. The headline sponsor was CMS and the awards were also sponsored by CoStar Group, Invest Liverpool City Region, and Lovell Partnerships. The drinks reception was sponsored by Bridging Finance Solutions.
