Integritas plots 12-storey Liverpool resi - Place North West

The developer wants to expand its portfolio in the city, seeking approval to create a 62-apartment block off Naylor Street.

SNOW Architects designed the project, which would deliver 31 one-bed, 28 two-bed, and three three-bed flats.

Apartments would range from 500 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft.

A landscaped roof terrace would be created on the first floor for shared use.

Residents would also have access to two ground floor shops, totaling 3,000 sq ft.

There would be 31 car parking spaces provided by the scheme, as well as three disabled and 86 cycle spaces.

Three small-scale commercial units that currently occupy the site would be demolished to make room for the tower, which would reach up to 12-storeys high.
