Integritas Property Group’s sold-out student development, Bijou is now entering final signoff, with the works programme coming to a conclusion in the next few weeks. All apartments are now complete, with a handful awaiting approval from our resident Development Director David Mason. The snagging process will then begin in all apartments and common areas to ensure everything is finished to the correct specification.
