IPG Announces Cavendish Waters Expected Completion Date For 2027 - Business Monday

Integritas Property Group (IPG) has announced an expected completion date for the Cavendish Waters development, set for quarter one 2027. This announcement follows a major milestone in the project’s build, marked by a substantial concrete pour that has pushed the construction forward.

The team at IPG successfully coordinated the pouring of 250 cubic metres of concrete, with this critical step following rigorous preparations at the Cavendish Waters site, including rebar installation, shuttering, and under-slab drainage. With the concrete slab now cured, the project is moving forward to the next phases, including the formation of retaining walls and the construction of concrete upstands, followed by brick and blockwork. Progress is already visible on site with the erection of scaffolding to the first level, and brickwork is now underway.
