Integritas Property Group (IPG) has been granted planning permission for a striking new apartment block comprising 62 homes in Liverpool's bustling Pumpfields district.

In an effort to make way for this exciting development, IPG will be dismantling three existing warehouse buildings to pave the way for the impressive 12-story Vaux building. This upcoming structure will provide prospective residents with the option to purchase or rent their own units.

Designed bySNOW Architects, this project boasts an array of living spaces, including 31one-bedroom apartments, 28 two-bedroom apartments, and three three-bedroom apartments. Additionally, the development offers two commercial units, spanning a generous 3,800 square feet. These versatile spaces could serve as retail shops, office spaces, or even a restaurant.

MitchWalsh, the CEO of IPG, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "We're thrilled to introduce this remarkable new development to the market. Having successfully sold out all our previous projects in the surrounding area, obtaining planning permission for this endeavour marks a significant step towards our goal of reaching 1,000 units by the end of 2024."

He continued, "As CEO, this is an incredibly proud moment and a monumental achievement for the Integritas Property Group. Consequently, we are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to create more jobs and contribute to the local economy by providing high-quality housing options in Liverpool. With the support of the community, we aim to infuse Liverpool's vibrant spirit into the lives of our future tenants."
