The project entails the demolition of the existing three warehouses on the site to make way for the construction of these modern residences. Vaux at Naylor Street will consist of a mix of apartments, including 31 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom, and three three-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 500 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft. These homes will be available for private sale or rent, with pricing spanning from £168,000 to £309,750.
