April is an exciting month for both Elavace and Integritas Property Group in that work on our Greater Manchester residential project, The Lyceum, has continued.
This development was reacquired by the Lyceum Investors Group—a consortium of Lyceum investors, founded by Elavace Director Mitchell Walsh.
The optimism of the scheme has brought dozens of new enquiries from investors who are interested in what the project offers in the way of capital appreciation and returns.
Mitch and Lyceum Investors Group have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to get this project back on track and we are excited to announce that they have done just that!
