Nearly 60 student accommodation units to be built in Bradford - Telegraph & Argus

NEARLY 60 new student accommodation units are to be built at a site in Bradford city centre.

Integritas Property Group (IPG), a Liverpool-based property developer, has launched the second phase of its project Bijou at the site on Laisteridge Lane.

Following the completion of the first phase which features 46 student accommodation units for rent, Optima has designed a further 58 units and construction is to start in June.

Designed for student accommodation, Optima will host a total of 54 student pods and four accessible studios — with the location of the development in high demand for the student population due to its proximity to the city centre, nightlife and the university.
