Plans have been submitted for an apartment scheme, rising to 12 storeys, close to the Liverpool waterfront.
Integritas Property Group is behind the application, which is earmarked for Naylor Street within the Pumpfields Regeneration Zone.
The developer has completed a number of new build residential projects in Liverpool, including Cavendish Waters, Central Point and Central Point Encore.
The new scheme comprises 62 units, which will be a mix of one-, two- and three-bedrooms.
Two commercial units are also proposed for the ground floor of the block, which has been designed to "provide further active frontage to Naylor Street".
The building will be served by 35 car parking spaces alongside 86 cycle spaces.
