Integritas Property Group (IPG) has secured a £10 million funding facility from Pivot Finance to support the final stages of its Deakin’s Yard PBSA development in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
The funding will cover the period while the structurally complete scheme awaits Gateway 2 approval from the Building Safety Regulator, with all key health and safety certifications already obtained.
Deakin’s Yard is on track for delivery ahead of the 2026/27 academic year, reinforcing IPG’s growth in the purpose-built student accommodation sector.
