Integritas Property Group (IPG) has secured a £10 million funding facility for Deakin’s Yard, its purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
The facility, provided by London-based Pivot Finance, represents a major milestone for the scheme as it progresses through the Building Safety Regulator Gateway 2 process and moves towards delivery for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Deakin’s Yard is structurally complete, with all relevant health and safety certificates in place. The refinancing was required while the development continues through the Building Safety Regulator sign-off process, which has created timing pressures around delivery despite the substantial completion of the asset itself.
